Who we are
PeptidesForWorkouts.com is an educational reference and affiliate referral site operated by PeptidesForWorkouts LLC (Honolulu, HI). We publish plain-language summaries of peptide research and workout recovery science. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, clinic, or compounding facility. We do not formulate, manufacture, or ship physical products.
Evidence standards
- Claims about mechanism cite peer-reviewed literature where available.
- Animal-model evidence is explicitly labeled as such.
- Where human clinical data is limited or absent, we say so directly.
- We avoid outcome promises (e.g., "muscle growth", "fat loss", "injury healing"). Our language describes what compounds are investigated for in research, not what they will do for the reader.
- Compounds that are not FDA-approved for therapeutic use are identified as such.
Medical review process
All blog content carries a visible "Medically reviewed by" stamp and a "Last reviewed" date. Our current reviewer is Dr. Emily Tran, DPT — a Doctor of Physical Therapy with sports rehabilitation certification. Reviews cover factual accuracy, conservative framing, and alignment with current peer-reviewed literature. Each article is reviewed at publication and re-reviewed at minimum every 12 months. See /about for full reviewer credentials.
Update frequency
- Compound and research pages are reviewed quarterly for accuracy.
- Blog articles are re-reviewed at minimum every 12 months.
- Pricing and supplier-link information is verified at minimum every 90 days.
- Material corrections are logged with a "Last updated" date and reasoning where appropriate.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links — primarily to our supplier partner Paramount Peptides. When a reader clicks one of those links and completes a purchase, PeptidesForWorkouts LLC earns a small commission at no additional cost to the reader. Affiliate revenue funds the journal and keeps content free. We have no financial incentive to overclaim — we do not formulate or manufacture any product, and our reviewer is paid for editorial work, not for endorsing specific compounds.
Not medical advice
Content on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician. Many compounds discussed are investigational research chemicals that are not FDA-approved for human therapeutic or performance use. Decisions about any intervention should be made with a qualified healthcare provider.
Content methodology
- Sources we prioritize: PubMed-indexed peer-reviewed research, FDA / NIH / WADA publications, established medical references (Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Harvard Health).
- Sources we do not cite as evidence: anonymous forum posts, influencer testimonials, supplier marketing copy, sponsored "research" blogs.
- We do not publish dosing protocols, injection guidance, or "cycle" recommendations of any kind.
- We do not publish before/after photos, transformation stories, or guaranteed outcomes.
