PeptidesForWorkouts was founded in 2024 with a simple mission: provide fitness enthusiasts with access to wellness products and the educational resources they need to make informed decisions.

We noticed that the peptide and fitness supplement space was full of exaggerated claims, unclear labeling, and misleading marketing. We set out to be different — offering transparent ingredient information, honest product descriptions, and science-based educational content.

Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, we operate as a registered LLC and take our responsibility to our customers seriously. Every product on our site includes full ingredient lists, and our blog features evidence-based articles reviewed for accuracy.

I started PeptidesForWorkouts because the category I train in — recovery research — is dominated by influencer claims, overpromises, and affiliate sites that hide the fact that most peptides are research chemicals, not medicine. I didn't see a resource that spoke plainly to athletes and coaches about what the literature actually says and, just as importantly, what it doesn't.

So I built one. Every compound page on this site cites mechanism and evidence quality. Every affiliate link is disclosed. Every article goes through medical review before publishing. If a product can't back up its claims, it doesn't belong on this site. If I can't source a product from a supplier that ships in clearly-labeled research vials, I won't link to it.
